Part of the problem is nobody had done this in China before, outside of CCTV 9 which is directly under the central government. There is no other all-English channel in China. Just found your blog so will now look back to see if you've already given a rundown of the problems and obstacles the TV station faces, but if you haven't I'd love to read about it.. Hey Cam,
